Pre and postnatal classes in Cambridge
         
 

Welcome to Cambridge Active Birth.

We run weekly classes in antenatal yoga (also called prenatal yoga or yoga for pregnancy), short courses in postnatal yoga, monthly active birth workshops, and baby yoga classes.

  • Antenatal Yoga ( yoga for pregnancy) classes cover exercises for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
    Active Birth sessions prepare you specifically for labour and delivery.
    Postnatal Yoga helps to rebuild core strength and vitality after the birth.
    Baby Yoga enhances the bond between parent and baby, and can help baby with minor ailments and promote good sleep.

We also run a certified teacher training programme for Baby Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal yoga and Active Birth. More info here
