Welcome to The Camyoga Pregnancy and Baby site.
We run weekly classes in antenatal yoga (also called prenatal yoga or yoga for pregnancy), short courses in postnatal yoga, active birth workshops, and baby yoga classes.

Yoga ( yoga for pregnancy) classes cover exercises for pregnancy,
birth and beyond.
Active
Birth sessions prepare you specifically for labour and delivery.
Postnatal
Yoga helps to rebuild core strength and vitality after the
birth.
Baby
Yoga enhances the bond between parent and baby, and can help
baby with minor ailments and promote good sleep.
